The Fall season is upon us and I’m totally diving into the latest fashion craze seen all over the runway; the Monochromatic trend. I’m completely obsessed with the different variations of monochromatic ensembles created by designers includingMax Mara, Elie Sabb, Fendi, and Burberry. Although these chic and polished looks are popular, I find them effortlessly stylish and timeless.
If you’ve been following my recent blog posts and my social media platform, then you are aware that I’m no stranger to color as I enjoy mixing multiple hues while embracing various patterns and textures. However, there is something absolutely refreshing when outfits are created with a solid color or varied versions of a certain color. It creates a more bold, serious, refined and clean look.
I’m sure when you think of your Fall and Winter wardrobe, the color grey , black, navy blue, brown, hunter green and burgundy probably come to mind, but designers and fearless fashion lovers are embracing colors associated with the warmer seasons. From neon pink, bright blue, citron, orange; designers are definitely thinking outside of the box and totally ignoring some fashion norms.
Here is my spin on the trend as it’s all about the Color blue. This is a beautiful and affordable sateen drop waist dress from ASOS that I paired with over-the-knee boots from Zara.
I hope you love it as much as I do. Outfit details are below. Thanks for stopping by! Xo
