Following my blog, I’m sure you’re aware I’m no stranger to the monochromic trend. The idea of pairing the exact same pigment and color hues creates a polished, striking and refined look. Although I like to indulge in various prints and patterns, nothing screams a woman about her business more than pairing the same color schemes. It creates an overall serious chic vibe with an elegant and effortless touch. This is a trend that can be achieved by everyone and I can’t Imagine it going anywhere anytime soon.
This September I visited the city of love for Paris Fashion week and I couldn’t resist this gorgeous chestnut ensemble. I purchased these high waist trousers from h&m and I just loved the rich fabric. It accentuated my waistline and elongated my legs. I was fortunate enough to find the chestnut ribbed lightweight sweater from h&m a few months after purchasing the pants which matched perfectly. To give the look a wow factor, I wore my mother’s vintage chunky bracelets which definitely elevated the look.
