ALL ABOUT THE PANTS…

I’M BACK GUYS AND THIS TIME, IT’S ALL ABOUT TROUSERS. Have you ever pictured  an outfit in your mind and went shopping in almost every store possible and just couldn’t find it? Sighs!! If yes, I can definitely relate. This process can often times leave you frustrated and disappointed. In cases such as this, I would recommend  finding a tailor that can really bring whatever your vision is to life.

I’ve always loved  suits, double breasted blazers and trousers. Initially when I was on the hunt for fabric, I knew I wanted something that would make a statement. Shopping in the fashion district, I came across this Metallic Money Green fabric. I liked it, but wasn’t sure I loved it. To be quite honest, it reminded me of the Christmas season and I wasn’t trying to look like a Christmas tree in the month of March lol.  However, I decided to go home and ponder on it, and for whatever reason it remained on my mind. That’s how I knew it was something I had to have.

I went and purchased the fabric about two weeks later and had a tailor create the most gorgeous trousers ever.  Not only is the color vibrant, fresh, fun,  and flirty, I really love how it elongates my legs and accentuates my waist. It was the perfect pair for my birthday and all my friends and family loved them.

To complete the look, I purchased a white shirt from Zara (altered). Anyone that knows me is aware  of my  obsession with white shirts ! I have a million and love it because its so versatile. It can be worn with almost anything ; jeans, skirts, shorts, leather pants, you name it.  I also loved the pineapple beaded swing bag from Zara which matched so perfectly with the metallic trouser.
