Summer is over and I couldn’t be more sad about it! Not only am I saying bye to Coatless nights, cute sandals and all the outdoor activities associated with warm weather, I’m also trading in the lighter hues to indulge in everything Black, brown, olive green and navy blue. Before making the transition however, here’s how I styled the cutest white denim Frill collar mini dress right as the cooler temperatures make its way.
I’m sure you know by now, I’m no stranger to the monochromic Trend. As I’m taking on a more simplistic approach to fashion by embracing minimalism, I love pairing different pieces that are of the same color palette. It creates an overall polished look that is effortless and timeless. This is all the reason I couldn’t leave this beautiful dress behind. The Puff sleeve of course is something I instantly gravitated towards, but it was really the oversized collar and all its detailing that was the defining moment. Yes, the moment in which the debit card came out the wallet and the dress was ready for checkout lol. It reminds me of a doll baby or perhaps just a baby and a bib (laughs out loud). The dress gives off an innocent and cute vibe, but it’s also fashion-forward and unique. Yes I’m that girl! I love silhouettes that are viewed as different, to give off something new, fresh and fun. It’s a great way to deviate from all the existing trends and give your sense of fashion some light!
To complete the look, I paired it with the Tamara Mellon Pistol Pump in Nude! These shoes are my absolute favorite because they are a combination of sexy, classy and might I add super comfortable. It can easily be worn to work and become the perfect shoe for a night on the town.! A lady always needs a nice purse to compliment her look, and Benedetta gold knotted handle bags never disappoints!
